Running a business is hard, and that isn't talked about enough: stressful days, income rollarcoasters, long hours of work and effort, day after day.

I did this for a long time, and I paid for it.​

I suffered from burnout and not only wanted to, but needed to create a business that kept my health at the top of my priorities, while making enough money to sustain my lifestyle and do the things I love (travel being at the top of that list).

​How can you create this in your life?​

💥 Focus on less than 5 high ticket clients on retainer rather than having lots of clients on small packages​
Not only is this easier to organize, it means when you do sign a new client your sales increase significantly, so you're not constantly looking for new clients.

💥 Outsource as soon as you can​
The more time you can give to rest and to working on your business versus always in your business, the easier it is to scale your business and to take time off. Start documenting your daily tasks, is there anything you could be passing off? Outsourcing doesn't have to be a big investment in order to save you precious hours each week.

💥 Invest in coaching to get support and accountability​
I wouldn't be where I am today without the mentors and coaches I've invested in, not only do you learn from their mistakes saving you time, energy and money, but also having that ongoing support makes those hard days so much easier.
