2024 Scaling Game Plan

βHere's what I would do if I wanted to scale my coaching biz in 2024:β

π First, I would make a plan for scaling, and would focus on a product suite that has low, mid and high ticket offers, so I can invite people into my world at different price points and have a smoother customer journey.

π Next, I would get really clear on who it is I am serving, so clear I could meet them on the street, tell them how I help, and invite them into my world as a client that afternoon.
β
π Then I would focus a social media strategy that includes both Facebook Groups, Instagram and Email Marketing.I would have at 1-2 funnels that lead to my low - mid ticket offers.

π I would outsource content creation, strategy and engagement, (I currently have ONE space open for social media management starting January 2024!), so I could focus on high level tasks that move the needle towards scaling my biz.

π I would plan and implement, tweaking along the way.
